- 1 qt. water
- 4 Red Rose Earl Grey tea bags
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender buds
- Honey (optional)
- 1. Bring 1 quart of water to a boil.
- 2. Add tea bags and lavender to water and steep 5 minutes. Let cool.
- 3. Remove tea bags and strain tea into a heat proof pitcher.
- 4. Stir in honey, if desired.
- 5. Serve over ice.
