Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the shipment was damaged or you received the incorrect items.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

  • We only ship within the United States at this time, using UPS and USPS.
  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $35 or more within the contiguous United States. No code needed, it’s applied automatically at checkout.
  • Orders from $15.00 to $34.99 ship at a reduced Economy rate of $3.00.
  • Orders from $0.00 to $14.99 ship at a Standard flat rate of $5.00.
  • These rates apply to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories ship via Economy shipping at $30.00. Orders weighing 15 oz and up ship at $20.00. Free shipping and reduced rates are not available for these locations.
  • Our delivery dates are based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method, and your shipment’s destination. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date the order was placed.
  • If your Billing Address is outside of the US but your Shipping Address is within the US, please call us to order at 1-877-248-2477, Monday through Friday between 10am and 7pm EST.

Q: Where does Red Rose Tea come from?

Red Rose carefully selects the best grades of tea from the finest estates in the world, including those in Kenya, Ceylon, India and Indonesia.

Q: Is Red Rose "Fair Trade" Tea?

Harris Tea makes every effort to ensure that the tea we purchase comes from a reputable source and is purchased in a socially responsible manner. Our staff, as well as our importers, have personally visited our tea suppliers and have monitored conditions at the country of origin.

Q: How is Red Rose Tea regulated?

Harris Tea is regulated by the FDA and the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the New Jersey Department of Health. Harris Tea is certified BRCGS ( Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards) Organic (Quality Assurance International), RFA (Rainforest Alliance), C-TPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) and Kosher (Orthodox Union), NSF certified for dietary supplement production

Q: How is Red Rose Tea Decaffeinated?

Ethyl Acetate (EA) is a solvent used to extract caffeine. EA is a simple combination of naturally derived compounds present in some foods we eat such as bananas and other fruits. The EA method of decaffeination adheres to standards set by the Tea Association of the USA. This does not create a toxicity hazard to one's health.

Q: How does Red Rose Tea ensure the quality and safety of its products, from sourcing ingredients to the final packed goods?

Our process starts with supplier quality. Ingredients are purchased from approved suppliers. We have established microbiological limits for our teas and herbs and our pesticide testing protocol confirms with FDA regulations.

Ingredients and blends undergo multiple sensory evaluations. Sensory evaluations are performed by our trained laboratory staff and begin before the material is purchased and continue until finished goods are packed.

Finished goods can easily and effectively be traced using our warehouse management system.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes - orders of $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping automatically, no coupon code needed. This applies to the 50 United States and does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii.
