After carefully analyzing increased shipping costs due to rising fuel prices, we are implementing a necessary change to our shipping policy. At this time, we will no longer be offering free shipping on orders which meet a certain dollar value - all orders below $15 will ship with a $5 flat rate and any orders above $15 will carry a $3 Shipping Surcharge. This change allows us to keep up with increased cost in distribution without compromising the quality you have come to expect from our teas. We are happy to continue our rewards program that allows redeeming your earned points for free shipping promotion codes. Please excuse any existing emails, or communications that still mention our free shipping policy as we update our channels.

  • All orders are shipped via UPS and USPS
  • Orders up to $14.99 - $5 flat rate shipping
  • $3 flat rate temporary shipping surcharge on all orders $15+

  • Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order.

    If you have received a discount code from us for Free Shipping then the following conditions are applicable: 

    • Free Shipping on entire order
    • For orders in the United States only
    • Standard Shipping option only
    • One use per customer 

    SHIPPING DETAILS

    All orders will generally be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and are expected to be delivered through UPS/USPS within 5-7 business days after they’re shipped. Please allow extra time for delivery on shipments sent via UPS Mail Innovations. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. Please refer to the provided UPS/USPS tracking information for estimated date of arrival to your address. Additional time and surcharges apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

    24 Hour Priority Processing available during checkout on applicable orders.

    Valid for applicable orders placed Monday through Thursday. Our fulfillment team will prioritize processing your order within 24 hours and ship via UPS SurePost.  Subject to UPS SurePost delivery times which vary by region.

    Note - Delivery is not guaranteed by a certain date/time. Please refer to UPS/USPS website for estimated time of arrival to your area or refer to tracking information for estimated date of delivery.

      BELOW CIRCUMSTANCES MAY RESULT IN DELAYED SHIPPING OR DELIVERY:

      • Out of Stock (will ship ASAP as ready and we’ll notify you).

      • P.O. Box: UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. (please include house address or expect delays as we ship through USPS)
      • Unable to authorize package with signature (please let UPS know if you are not home)

      SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII

      • Shipping to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii is available for an extra charge of $7.95.

      SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

      • Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. This may cause a slight delay in delivery. If you can include a house address instead of a P.O. Box, please do so. 

      INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

      • At this time, we are only shipping orders within the 50 United States. We are not responsible for packages sent through freight forwarding services.

      TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

      • When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment.

      REFUND/RETURN POLICY        

      • Your satisfaction is crucial to us here at Red Rose Tea. In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or missing an item or if you have received the incorrect product, please contact our consumer relations desk within 5 days of receiving. Please call us at 1-877-248-2477 or drop an email to info@redrosetea.com

      • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, report to our consumer relations department within 5 days of the delivery date for a refund. We are unable to provide refunds on orders beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.  

         

      CANCEL OR CHANGE IN ORDER

      • If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call us immediately at 1-877-248-2477 or send an email to info@redrosetea.com.
      • We are unable to change the contents of an order after it has been submitted. We will attempt to accommodate changes to the shipping address before processing is completed. We are unable to cancel or redirect orders that have already been processed or shipped.

      CREDITS TO YOUR CHARGE CARD

      • Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Red Rose has processed your refund for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.
