- Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
- You will receive FREE Shipping on all order over $35 using the code REDROSE. Alaska and Hawaii surcharges and fees still apply. Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.
If you have received a discount code from us for Free Shipping then the following conditions are applicable:

- Applies to shipping rates under $10.00
- Standard Shipping option only

- One use per customer
All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed over the weekend including Fridays and major holidays will be processed on the following business day. All orders are expected to be delivered through UPS within 3 to 5 business days after they’re processed. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. Additional time and surcharges may apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII
- Shipping to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii is available for an extra charge of $7.95.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
- Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. This may cause a slight delay in delivery. If you can include a house address instead of a P.O. Box, please do so.
- At this time, we are only shipping orders within the United States.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
- When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment.
- Your satisfaction is crucial to us here at Red Rose Tea, in the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or if you have received the incorrect product, please contact our customer service representative within 3 days of receiving.
- If a package or item delivered to you is incorrect or damaged, please call us immediately at 1-877-248-2477 or drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you are not satisfied with our product, please call us immediately at 1-877-248-2477 or drop an email to info@redrosetea. We will ask that you return the product to our facility and a refund will be issued once the return package is received. Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email.
CANCEL OR CHANGE IN ORDER
- If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call us immediately at 1-877-248-2477 or drop an email to email@example.com.
- We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please process a return once you have received the shipment.
CREDITS TO YOUR CHARGE CARD
- Credit card purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Southern Breeze has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.
